Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 48 hours of placing it. I’ll be happy to help. After that window, cancellations are no longer possible.
However, you can still return your item for a refund once it’s been sent back. Please follow guidelines in the Returns section.
Returns
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 10 days of delivery. You’re welcome to return your item for a refund once it’s been shipped back and received in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are sometimes available depending on time and materials. Feel free to send me a message with what you have in mind, and I’ll let you know what’s possible!
Custom orders require full payment upfront before work begins.
If you need to cancel a custom order, please reach out as soon as possible. If the item cannot be repurposed or sold to another customer, a small fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of materials already used.
